When I was five or six years old, my greatgrandfather celebrated his birthday. There were buns (Brötchen) with ham sausage (Schinkenwurst) and my greatgrandfather observed that I had a healthy appetite for them. And so he began to speak: "I can tell that you like those buns a lot. But", he continued," do you remember there being far more kittens around when you visited the last time?" From that moment on the meat started to taste a little funny ;).
