It's an interesting fact that it's not the mouth that is telling us, if a smile is genuine, but rather the eyes. If they are slightly closed the smile comes from within and is true. I revere those people who are able to keep this childlike and innocent attitude to truly smile from within. Like an African friend told me, I would never get old if I smile a lot.
