A Wide Difference or a Thin Line

"...I was taught of your chaste daughter the wide difference twixt amorous and villainous." - Cymbeline, William Shakespeare

Sometimes this wide difference is but marked by a pretty thin line.

Be careful to heed it.

Jan van Eyck, the master of the very thin line, apparently achieved it by applying watercolour onto oil paint.
